We are looking for a new team member with a profound interest in the tech environment, curious, motivated and with very good interpersonal skills to join our Swedish team.

ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

As our Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Divio's Enterprise solutions to large global companies.

Your primary responsibility is to establish relationships and acquire new enterprise customers.

You will work very closely with the rest of the sales team members with both to generate additional opportunities as well as to close current opportunities.

This includes the discovery process, the initial sales introduction reach outs, the late-stage proposal build and negotiation phase.

You may already have a proven work-method when it comes to prospecting and reaching out to new leads and you can't wait to start implementing it within Divio. With us, you will find an environment that is open to new ideas and adopts useful solutions quickly and easily.

You are of course comfortable with complex sales cycles and your future customers trust your judgment to help them solve their most pressing business problems and to support them in their journey to the cloud and to become a digital enterprise.

In this stage of your career, you are already comfortable speaking to mid- and senior-level executives and you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, demanding environment where customers can rely on our expertise and experience to propose a suitable solution.

Simply put, this role is a Sales "Hunter" role with a track record of closing new businesses.

YOU ARE GREAT AT

Identifying and converting opportunities into sales

Skillfully executing each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal

Defining profiles and segmenting them into leads

Defining the overall approach for specific territories, regions, develop work plans, and creating compelling sales

propositions utilizing internal and external data

Communicating and selling enterprise solutions to senior executives in large complex organizations

Building relationships and have exceptional people skills as much as you are o rganized and confident

Positioning offers, negotiating deals, setting up contracts and invoices

Delivering great results and experience from complex solution sales to international enterprise customers

Managing multiple sales channels

Social communication and you love to engage with prospects through social media by answering their questions,

providing helpful content - Perhaps you already managed to build up a social network?

REQUIREMENTS

8+ years experience in sales of which minimum 5 years in an Enterprise Account Executive role with a proven track record.

Technical know-how within PaaS and IaaS or SaaS

Ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives

Deal sizes have been large mid-market or Enterprise size

Experience on how to effectively manage a long sales cycle to a successful close

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to be confident, clear and engaging in

communication with both internal and external stakeholders

A structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to keep track of many subjects at the same time and to

work independently
