What you will be doing

• Manage 1-3 client accounts
• Develop client relationships, planning long-term strategies and activations
• Plan and deliver sales goals for your clients
• Identify and activate long-term business opportunities for your clients
• Serve as the final point of quality control for your projects
• Work with a wide range of communication -- from brand strategy, design, film production, interactive apps, and PR to social activation
• Create proposals and pitch them -- both to new and existing clients
• Mentor junior colleagues working in your team
• Help develop our account department and working methods

Who you are

• Possess excellent client management skills
• Come with 3-6 years' experience at a communication agency or similar
• Love creative ideas, and go the extra mile to bring them to life
• Get a kick out of closing a deal
• Understand the entire campaign process - from strategy to activation - and what it takes to succeed
• Enjoy a variety of tasks and juggling several ongoing projects at the same time
• Have excellent written and spoken presentation skills. English is our working language
