Thule Group are now searching for an Account Coordinator for Customer Service OES within the Customer Service department in Hillerstorp, close to Värnamo.
In the position as Account Coordinator for Customer Service OES we value your excellent social skills, business and logistical understanding. This position is expected to respond to management of customer orders and other daily support activities towards your customers. You will be responsible for actively communicating with customers verbally as well as written; primarily towards German customers. You will occasionally participate in customer-oriented projects.

Your profile:
To be successful in this role you need to have a commercial mindset & share our passion for the great outdoors in general and automotive industry in particular. You are a structured person with a high level of analytical problem solving skills. You are good at communicating and can easily establish good relationships with people at all levels.
We work in an international environment where a high level of English is required. You should also be fluent in German, both verbally and in writing, though you will mainly work towards the German market.
You have a couple of years' experience from customer service, preferably from the automotive industry.
We expect experience of ERP-systems and common knowledge of the Office package.
Experience of Incoterms and customs documentation is a plus as well as experience of EDI.
An academic degree is considered a strong advantage.
You will report to our Customer Service Manager, Therese Ferngren.
