As a B2B company, we're working with global fashion e-commerce retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, NK Retail, and The Very Group. We are now seeking an Account Coordinator to be a part of our Commercial team.
About the position
Our Commercial team is a small, cross-functional department that offers dynamic, strategic opportunities to work with a unique and industry-revolutionizing product. Day to day projects vary and working with clients is challenging and exciting; the vibe in the team is energizing and inspiring; the attitude is "can-do"; the environment is fast-paced and international - and the people at Looklet are warm, supportive and prestigeless.
As part of the Commercial team, you will be reporting directly to the Senior Key Account Managers for Europe and North America, and work closely with our CEO. You will also work with the Support Team, Product Experience and Image Control.
As an Account Coordinator in our team, your scope of work will include:
• Assisting with clients key needs and requirements; understanding client circumstances and production constraints from a retail/ecom/fashion perspective.
• Becoming the link between client and internal teams; manage communication and coordination around product releases and new features for all clients. Sharing client insights and business requirements internally.
• Driving Looklet revenues and profit contribution; Create quarterly client activity reports and support on reporting for client growth initiatives
• Supporting product and marketing initiatives; creating seasonal looks for the website and assisting with model shoot
Your Profile
As a person, you are naturally service-oriented with a positive outlook and a friendly can-do approach. You have a proactive mindset and quickly adapt to changing priorities. You are a strong communicator and solution focused. You have the ability to project manage and multi-task autonomously with good time management.
What we are looking for
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar client-facing role, relating to fashion e-commerce/retail and/or technology
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Tech savvy and numeracy skills with knowledge of Google suites (sheets, slides, docs
What we find exciting
• Experience in professional tools like Adobe software, Photoshop, InDesign and Hubspots CMS tool
• Interest in fashion, ecommerce, tech and/or photography
• Other languages such as French and German
• Experience in project management
