Work description
The account assistant will manage the day to day book keeping and will form part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting function. The main tasks include responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as month and year end closing. This role includes internal and external financial support.
Key responsibilities:
* Accounts receivable; incoming payments, processing of invoices, management of master data, credit control, reminders, collector management, Re-invoicing.
* Accounts payable; processing of invoices, accounting, bookkeeping.
* General ledger; balance sheet controlling, reconciliations, allocations of costs, asset accounting.
* Intercompany reconciliations
* T&E Expenses
* Support; to accounting manager and financial controller.
This is a permanent role based in Stockholm.The Account Assistant will be a part of the Finance Department and report to the Accounting Manager.
Who are we looking for?
We believe that you are in the beginning of your career and a fast learner. You have a degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent relevant experience. You have good understanding of accounting concepts and technical skills in Excel. Previous experience in SAP is a merit. You must be able to communicate in both Swedish and English.
We believe you like working as part of a team and are able to communicate at all levels within an organization. You have excellent attention to detail and you are self-motivated with personal drive and positive attitude. You have ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards.
