inRiver's services organization is growing. We are now adding this role to our expanding learning & development area; to help us enable our global customers, partners, external and internal users. A primary focus will be to drive e-learning and new innovative ways of delivering materials.

Do you consider yourself to be a structured, solutions oriented and social individual with experience of, and a keen interest in, building and developing a full learning & development function? We should talk!

We would like you to:

• Be responsible for driving and executing on learning & development strategies.
• Take responsibility for identifying gaps and needs, making sure content is created & published.

• Conduct online & classroom trainings
• Be the link into product development to proactively create new material and content.
• Be the link for all functions at inRiver to map, plan and execute training needs.
• Own all content in training-modules, how-to's, best practices (https://www.teamtailor.com/app/companies/Mmc0ODfOaKg/jobs/new/posting#_msocom_3), videos and other content.

• At least 5 years in education/training focused roles.
• Previous experience in managing a learning & development function.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Leadership experience is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree or similar educational background.
• Business level English.
