hela Sverige Axis Communications Academy are looking for an enthusiastic Academy Content Developer with strong 3D modelling skills to join our team here in Lund. Academy develops training programs on design and implementation of smart solutions with Axis products, unique capabilities and technologies. Who is your future team?
Axis Communications Academy's role is to drive training excellence and we are passionate about sharing expert knowledge! We are a professional team that develops and maintain global training programs, both for online distribution and instructor-led classes for our extensive partner network.
What you'll do here as Academy Content Developer?
We believe that you are knowledgeable and passionate about new training methods and willing to work with virtual reality content and 3D modelling to further strengthen our portfolio and continue to drive training excellence. Your will be part of course development projects for a global market, which includes all the steps from concept to implementation, based on learning needs and business goals. This role has a strong focus on 3D modelling and graphical skillsets.
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
A skilled training and graphic design professional who likes to work hands-on while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are a flexible and driven team player who can work both independently and in a highly collaborative team. The ability to finalize projects successfully and according to a time plan is essential in this position.
We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* Research and collect facts from SMEs (subject matter experts)
* Define target groups and learning goals
* Write manuscripts and storyboards
* Create and edit graphics and 3D models
* Create video and audio content and other design element
* Create assessments and tests
We believe you have a relevant bachelor degree or equivalent and experience from developing training material for a global audience. You are a creative thinker with a strong pedagogical focus and a passion for instructional design.
We believe that you are curious when it comes to new technologies and have a desire to keep learning and developing new skills. You know how to build your professional network.
You are proficient in 3D creation software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya or similar, as well as standard authoring tools such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate including tools for assessments, tests, and survey development. You are also an experienced user of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Your English is excellent, both written and spoken and you can express yourself in a professional way as all materials are in US English.
Experience from learning management systems (LMS), network video (IP surveillance) and topics such as computer networking, design considerations, camera technologies, and image usability is a great advantage.
