We keep on growing - and are now looking for an Academy Associate to join our team in Malmö!
As an Academy Associate at Web Manuals, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational initiatives of our company. You will be responsible for creating, organizing, and delivering training materials to our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our product. You will belong to our lovely Support & Academy Team and work closely with our Academy Process Owner, as well cross-collaborating closely with our other departments globally.

Core responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
Develop and update training materials, including presentations, documentation, and multimedia content
Conduct live and virtual training sessions and webinars for clients and prospects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our product
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information and updates for incorporation into training materials
Provide support to clients through various channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the use of our products
Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on client feedback and industry best practices
Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance training content and delivery
Registration of information, training progress, and completion of customer and partner training
Help develop the use of our LMS system for all external trainings
Project manage your own strategic projects in order to improve the trainings

To thrive in this role, we believe that you have:
A post-secondary degree within relevant area
Experience working in a service-oriented role
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional training experiences
Strong communication- and presentation skills in English, verbal and written
A technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex matters in simple terms

Ideally, you also have:
Previous experience from a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment
Previous experience working with learning management systems and content creation tools such as Photoshop or InDesign
Additional language skills such as German, French or Spanish

Start date: ASAP, as per agreement
