Tasks
As a Commissioning Engineer at Measurement and Analytics you will work closely with customers and other ABB businesses worldwide.
Your responsibilities will centre on providing on-site commissioning to ensure optimal implementation of systems that our customers have invested in. You will provide technical support for local sales units and customers that already use our products, and other commissioning engineers working at customer sites; on-site commissioning and service support; training of customers and other commissioning engineers. Your position is based in Västerås, but it involves travel. Our global market place will be your office.
Requirements
You are strongly customer focused, driven, persistent, and flexible. Furthermore, you are skilled at proposing solutions having analyzed challenges; you are also inquisitive, and keen to find new information and new ways of doing things.
We are looking for someone with experience as a service technician or a commissioning engineer. A consistent track record in the process industry sector, rolling and paper mills or similar will be helpful. You have a technical qualification, or equivalent professional experience. Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish is required.
