AAC Global specializes in multilingual communication and is a part of the SanomaWSOY Group. We offer a large variety of internationalization support services such as language training, communication coaching, translation services, software and web localization, realizations of multilingual documenting, terminology solutions as well as multilingual communications consulting.
Our Swedish subsidiary, AAC Global AB, is now looking to hire a customer- service oriented training coordinator with great organizational skills, to take care of various assignments for our customers.
Success in this position would require:
o experience in coordination and customer service
o ability to work independently and an aptitude for problem solving
o customer service attitude and good interaction skills
o swiftness and the ability to take care of several things at the same time
o precision and systematic grasp of work
o up-to-date IT skills
o enough fluency in English and Swedish to be able to take care of everyday tasks. Other language skills, Finnish in particular, are considered to be an advantage
o team player skills, enthusiasm and good work ethics
