We are an ecologically conscious startup, fresh from a summer at the renowned seed accelerator Y-Combinator, in San Francisco. It has invested in 940 companies including Dropbox, Airbnb and Reddit, with a combined market capitalization of $65 billion. Wheelys has already in just one year been established in 48 countries and counting. It is now time to hire the best and brightest people to support and expand our zero-carbon franchise all over the world.
We are looking for someone who enjoys having their hands in all of the cookie jars, a self starter that enjoys the many challenging and sometimes random tasks that come with the adventures of a start-up business. Wheelys Café International AB - Stockholm, is a bike-café chain that redefines the rules of what a café can be. It has be dubbed, "The coffee-cart that could take on Starbucks" - Fast Company Your role will initially be, to give our customers the best service there is! You will be working with a small and creative team and will have every possibility to grow and develop; getting more responsibility, new and exciting tasks and eventually you may take on more senior roles. Among your tasks are: * Learn everything about us and provide accurate and fast answers on questions. * Maintain a good working relationship with contacts- relationship building is key to our company. * Always show a positive attitude to every costumer and try to satisfy all their needs - solving any problems or directing it to the person in charge. * Arrange and hold meetings with our franchise owners and potential customers. *Representing the company and what we stand for. *Sales, but no cold calling. * Social media marketing * Market research and data collection. * Research and short projects based on business needs. *Content editing and proof reading. *Creating routines and protocols. * Creating official Wheelys documents.
Apply if you meet the following criteria: . You are a people person with the ability to understand other's needs. . A creative problem solver. . A good listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You need to be confident speaking and writing in English on a professional level. Any other language skill is a plus. . A positive attitude with plenty of initiative. . Strong communication skills. (with clients and co-workers) . Excellent prioritization and organization skills. . High motivation levels. (ability to work independently) . An aptitude for multitasking. Applicants with a passion for, or previous experience in coffee and technology will be prioritized or if you have experience in a start up or/and customer relations.
