At Digital Expansion we lead, develop, and implement the vision and strategy for assigned Digital Countries Expansion formats, Customer Meeting Points and Fulfilment units, to secure successful deployments for new sites aligned with the INGKA Expansion strategy to ensure delivery on the expansion agenda.
REQUIREMENTS -
Extensive knowledge of the product management role including all financial aspects, and knowing best practices in building agile and outcome-oriented ways of working
Thorough knowledge in how to create a successful product strategy and how to story tell to gain buy in with a variety of key stakeholders
Deep knowledge in how to enable entrepreneurship while working with multiple partners in various organisations and countries.
Deep understanding of the Retail business, including customer needs, and the formats INGKA use for Customer Meeting Points and Fulfilment units
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will plan and organize the assigned Digital Expansion products and manage all aspects, including defining and communicating a tangible vision, of the assigned product(s), and follow up on metrics
You are responsible for prioritization and execution of the backlog to ensure maximized customer value in our new establishments of IKEA Customer Meeting Points and/or Fulfilment Units
You will need to secure that key stakeholders are involved to ensure successful collaboration and deliveries, of all digital components across INGKA to enable expansion plans in a cost-efficient and simple way.

We're a team of approximately 20 persons that work and lead the expansion agenda within Group Digital. We're on the journey to become a product oriented organization where we want to implement an agile mindset in everything we do. We believe in empowerment and collaboration and rely on hundreds of people across the organization to deliver our work. We're based in the south of Sweden but a healthy dose of remote work is positive.
