Job description
We are looking for a talented recruiter willing to work as a consultant at Pfizer, one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. The role includes travels within the Nordics and even rest of the Europe as the position will be responsible for Talent Acquisition recruiting activities in the Nordics - Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finnland. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead Austria Switzerland, Germany/BeNeLux & Nordics the role requires working flexibly across countries, business divisions and departments, supporting a variety of recruitment needs from senior executive to manager and colleague positions. A key objective of the role is to directly source talent for Pfizer and greatly improve efficiency and reduce recruitment costs. The key responsibilities incule:
• Develop a detailed understanding and awareness of each business area and its organisation in order to improve the quality and alignment of recruitment support with the needs of the area.
• Support full-life cycle recruitment needs including direct sourcing techniques, consultation skills and compensation, ensuring that every stage from the raising of the initial staff requisition to final appointment is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles.
• Support the business with metrics and reports; ensure that the recruitment system is fully updated; support the scheduling of interviews.
• Support graduate and intern recruitment campaigns as required.
• Sourcing external candidates. This includes:
• Partner with other recruiters to access candidates from existing candidate pipeline and partner with clients to determine best methods for direct sourcing.
• Sourcing candidates through multiple direct methods and media, including external databases, employee referrals and competitive intelligence.
• Selecting external candidates by using competency based interview techniques and other assessment & selection tools.
• Manage the offer process for external candidates.
• Achieve recruitment metrics against Global TA targets:
• Decrease time to fill and cost per hire via increased direct sourcing, whilst maintaining quality of hire
• Maintain requisite levels of client and candidate satisfaction
• Increase diverse representation in candidate pools and interview slates
• Proactive candidate management to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunities with Pfizer.
• Relationship Management will be a critical component of this role.
Personal specifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience working in a Recruitment role, ideally in a multi-national environment.
• Experience of direct sourcing techniques and/or recruitment agency experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a highly metric driven environment with a strong focus on results.
• Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving, influence and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have experience working with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System beneficial.
• Fluency in Swedish and another Nordic language plus English is mandatory
