JOB DESCRIPTION
As Project Manager for Greenbyte your primary goal is ensuring that customer renewable energy production assets become available for usage in the Greenbyte platform.
On a day to day basis you are responsible for managing customer onboarding projects, including project planning, scheduling, execution, and communication.
You will also support the sales and customer success teams in both early engagement and ongoing discussions.
EXPECTATIONS & TASKS
• Plan and execute onboarding projects
• Coordinate internal and customer resources and project activities
• Maintain and communicate project plan and status
• Assist and guide customers in understanding technical solutions and available options
• Write and maintain onboarding documentation
EXTRA PLUSES
• Experience from working with integrationheavy SaaS offerings
• Interest in renewable energy
• Skilled in one or more additional European languages
• Account management, business development and sales experience
• Degree in computer science and/or business
• Hands-on experience software development and web technologies in a SCRUM process
EDUCATION & PROFILE
• Experience of working as project manager and/or in a customer facing position
• Great communication skills
• Positive attitude and a willingness to work in an agile and fast growing organization
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Enjoys learning new things and working with new technology
• Systematic, autonomous, results oriented
