We are looking for a German speaking E-Commerce Administrator (ECA) for the office in Stockholm.
About the job
As an E-Commerce Administrator Germany (ECA), your mission will be to maintain a high level of service and ongoing communication towards Granit's German online customers. ECA will handle all types of customer related issues such as product orders, delivery, etc. Dialogue with the customers are implemented mainly through e-mail and social media.
We are looking for someone who is a self motivated, meticulous, humble team player who likes a fast pace. You should have a few years of work experience and can express yourself well in German and English in both spoken and written language.
The main areas of responsibility include
• Translation of product texts
• Translation of promotional materials, newsletters, etc.
• Ongoing administration and translation of the German site
• Customer service for our German customers
• Responsibility for publishing and communication in our German Social Medias
• Proposed improvements specific to the German market
Personal Competencies
• Relevant background
• German speaking (preferably native)
• Service minded
• Good Copywriter
• Good computer skills
• Good coordination skills - as well as excellent administrative qualities
• Structured, thorough and solution-oriented

The job is for a project employment of 6 months with good opportunities to extend and is based at the headquarters in Stockholm. Access is immediate.
