JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a committed Customer Success Associate to support our Customer Success Team with everyday tasks and in doing so help make our customers successful by realizing the full value of our services. The responsibility includes to support our Customers Success Managers and the Team with administrative tasks for customer onboarding, retention and sales.
As Greenbyte is a rapidly growing organization this is an excellent starting position for further development within the company.
RESPONSABILITIES
• Administrative tasks related to customer onboarding such as creating technical data and internal systems structures in Excel as well as communicating technical and project-related information to relevant stakeholders
• Administrative tasks for account management such as keeping CRM systems up-to-date
• Participate in projects and initiatives for Customer Success
• Execute various administrative tasks for Customer Success, customer retention and sales
EXTRA PLUSES
• IT and SaaS business experience
• Experience in renewable energy
• Knowledge in networking and data communication
• Database experience
• Sales experience
REQUIREMENTS
• Positive attitude and a willingness to work in an agile and fast growing organization
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
• Thorough, systematic, structured and supportive approach with attention to details
• A can-do attitude and ability to get things done
• Professional personality with ability to build long-term business relationships
• Interest in cutting-edge software services and renewable energy
• Proficiency in MS Office
