Our new Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for our global flow of logistics. Important for this role is that you are able to strengthen our organisation with a strategic approach.
The most important part of the work will be to operate and develop a cost efficient and long term Supply Chain for Happy Socks.
The role includes among other things to
• Operate and achieve a cost effective Supply Chain
• Build up a new generation Supply Chain for Happy Socks
• Manage the Supply Chain department (buyer, sales support, supply chain coordinator)
• Be responsible for flow of goods where orders and invoicing are included.
• Follow up agreements with Happy Socks suppliers.Analyze KPI's such as turnover ratio, cash flow, stock levels and ABC analysis, cooperation with CFO
• Be responsible for results and streamlining processes for Happy Socks concept stores and e-commerce.
• Be in charge of updating and signing global transport and warehouse agreements
• Be responsible for improving and develop IT for the Supply Chain department
We believe that you are a graduated engineer or have an equivalent university degree in transportation and logistics. You have a solid experience within Supply Chain and you have the ability to see next generation of logistic solutions. A minimum 10 years of experience of Supply Chain is expected, preferable from a fast growing business. You need to have excellent verbal and writing skills and you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience from working with MS Navision for Supply Chain will be an advantage.
