The 6G IPR Program Manager will have the overall responsibility for the 6G IPR program, including identification and definition of workstreams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and workstreams, monitoring of progress and delivery of results. You will liaise with key stakeholders across the IPR& Licensing organisation and other stakeholders at Ericsson to achieve the objectives of the 6G IPR Program.

Creating the foundation for the IPR portfolio of a future cellular generation with this ambition is a challenging and rewarding opportunity. It requires a combination of a visionary and exploratory mindset with a detail-oriented approach to key questions.
The program is steered by IPR & Licensing LT. The role will report to Head of Patent Development.
You will bring
A curious mindset, willing to explore new ideas but at the same time have a sense of IPR & Licensing's organization and business
A strong communicator, with the ability to articulate complex and novel ideas, strategies and proposals
A strategic thinker, with the ability to progress ideas from strategy to implementation across a global organisation
An inclusive team player, with the people skills required to work with diverse groups of people at all levels within Ericsson
Strong project management skills to ensure each part of the program progresses with clarity on next steps
Knowledge of the patent process, licensing process, patent assertion and other important key processes of IPR & Licensing
Good first degree in electrical engineering, physics, computer science or similar
