hela Sverige Within ConsumerLab we have advisors, statisticians and experts. We are now looking for a Senior Advisor in Consumer Insights. We focus on breaking new grounds in consumer understanding. Our responsibility is to look at new consumer behaviors that will impact the future of society and the ICT industry. We study how new technology is perceived and adopted by the consumers as well as how new consumer behavior influence society and technology. We work in close relation with our internal stakeholders to identify areas that will be of importance for the Ericsson Group going forward. We secure that our findings are communicated into Ericsson?s organization as well as to our customers and other external stakeholders. Our findings are used within strategy development, product management and in sales & marketing.
We get the input to our analysis by carrying out consumer research, both quantitative as well as qualitative. We also work with 3rd party research and our intentions are to increase our cooperation with universities and external thought leaders. Another source of information is ConsumerLab?s Analytical Platform containing our own research, combined with syndicated studies. We analyze the findings and translate them into insights with focus on impact for Ericsson and our customers.
We are now looking for an additional senior member to join our team. Your experience and expertise should be in consumer behavior. You will work in, or drive, research and stakeholder projects. The projects include the full scope from identifying areas where new consumer knowledge is needed, in dialog with internal stakeholders further specify the needs, identify sources for input, carry out the research (together with a fieldwork institute), analyze the findings and translate them into actionable insights and conclude the impact. As a senior team member you are expected to drive analysis and implementation of findings in the Ericsson Group as well as to participate in discussions with customers, writing and presenting communication material at external and internal conferences. Another important task is to transfer knowledge internally to secure that ConsumerLab always stays in the forefront of understanding the consumers.
