We at Customer Logistics ensure an efficient order and contract fulfillment for Ericsson from Market/Local Company order entry up to a complete and timely delivery to Customer. We operate globally & provide services and solutions within the Ericsson Group.

The Order and Delivery Management function within Customer Logistics, Market Area South East, is now looking for a new team member.

The purpose of the job Order and Delivery Management is to handle the procurement process and distribution process, from order arrival until material is shipped to agreed location.

Our responsibilities are to secure delivery to customer according to their requested date.

Typical tasks on a day to day basis are:

• Receive, accept, confirm, follow-up, customer orders
• Close contact with local company, customer unit and close interaction with end to end team
• Secure timely delivery from supplier according to customer requested date
• Handle and execute order change requests
• Handle escalations
• Act on order deviations (new delivery dates from suppliers, new delivery plans from customers)
• Close cooperation with our Logistics Service Provider
• Transport planning

Qualifications:

• Upper Secondary School is required.
• University degree or equivalent experience of Business Administration,
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Experience of procurement and/or logistics
• Good co-operation skills
• Service minded
• Structured and able to perform even under high pressure
• Knowledge of SAP R/3
