About the job
The company that 's looking for an IT-technician operates within nuclear and is in need of a 3rd line support. The person they are looking for have experience from IT- and/or user support and have very good experience from working with problem management for complex and department overlapping technical issues. In this role you will be in charge of:
• Manage all kinds of tickets within IT infrastructure
• Install and deliver IT-equipment and IT software to customers
• Analyze, classify, document and solve tickets received from the ticket tool or send the ticket to other support groups when necessary
• Forward tickets to correct support groups in Client Service, other departments, or to external/outside services, which means that you will coordinate and cooperate with different specialists to solve problems
• Take care of customer issues with a positive attitude and high quality
• Work with their international ticketing system and remote support systems
• Base your work on ITIL processes
• Manage complex end-user support.
About you
We are looking for a person who are loyal, service minded, independent, flexible and structured. You are used to Communicate with technical experts as well as with end users/customers and like working within a team and sharing personal knowledge with your teammates.
Important for this position is:
• at least 3 years experience from IT- and/or user support and very good experience from working with problem management for complex and department overlapping technical issues.
• Overall hardware and software skills (printers, hardware, software, networks, servers, data bases, etc.)
• Microsoft Certified (MCSA or MCSE, minimum MCP)
• Knowledge of a variety of Windows related software products
• Knowledge about data administration; (Tickets, Assets, Active Directory, Licenses)
• ITIL knowledge
• Basic knowledge of business applications
• Good communication skills in your local language, as well as English (botwritten and spoken)
• Knowledge of the different costumers/Business units
• Knowledge about Service catalogue/Service Level Agreement, Self Service Portal, Organization
• been working within SCCM top admin systems with, system maintenance, network dependencies for PXE and boundaries, security delegation
• been working in software maintenance, for example importing packages, creating deployments, testing and performing rollouts.
• been working with software updates, for example downloading and deploy updates and handle test groups.
• been working with OSD/Hardware, for example maintaining the client installation task sequence and troubleshooting when installations fails. Testing is also an important task. Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) knowledge is part of this bullet as well.
• have been working with group policies. Knowledge needed for both maintaining GPOs and for troubleshooting.
• Bitlocker, general knowledge on Bitlocker and the management tool.

About the employment
The employment as 3rd line support will be as a consultant with immediate start. The employment will be within Adecco Sweden. The assignment will go on until 2017-06-31 but with very good possibility for extension.
