The 3D Visualizer is part of the design team and works closely with them to realize concept designs in a 3D format and will be able to visualize the finished product at the highest level. Auto cad, 3D studio max and Photo shop proficiency are essential for this permanent position. This role will require a flexible approach that will include photo-realistic finished images and quick visuals to assist the senior designers and architects with design development. Candidate will need a proven ability to work at a high level of visualization and Candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a productive team. With excellent organizational skills, Candidate should be able to manage his/her time effectively, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Candidate shall have good sense of color, texturing etc., and hence providing aesthetic pictures of interiors, exteriors.
• Need to develop and render close-to-reality still images
• Candidate must be able to develop the given 2D design in to 3D form.
• He/she must be able to make Presentation & should be imaginative & creative Skills
• V-Ray, auto cad, 3-D Max
• Minimum experience of 5 years in Interior
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Ability to multi-task and work with deadlines
• Must present portfolio/body of works
• Must be able to do movies and to take presentation into the 4th dimension
Job Duties:
• Construct CAD drawings and 3D visuals for presentation
• Preparing 3D interior plans and views
• Preparing 3D Models with help of 3D software
• Assist Interior Designer in space planning and design details
• Lighting Texturing and Rendering images
• Photo montaging, Preparing Prototypes of Interiors & Exterior
• Participate in the research and presentation of new design proposals
• Excellent rendering skills
• Possess excellent design flair, creative, positive attitude with a good eye for design details
