Do you have the ability to mentor and grow your colleagues' capabilities and lead by example? Then this is the opportunity for you!
As Competence Lead you always try to act as a role model for the Business Tech culture and leadership. In this role you have a dual focus - staff responsibility and delivery. You will have staff responsibility over employees within the same/adjacent competence as your own. Your staff responsibility goes across Product Areas and Product Teams and you'll be acting as the employer's extended arm - to follow and implement H&M Group's vision, goals, strategies, values, policies and processes, as well as acting as an ambassador, representing the management internally and externally. You will also be responsible for supporting your employee's development, performance management and salary reviews. You will work agile in a small cross-competence team with a common goal to assure that the product development is in line with business needs and will help solving business problems for customers and business end users.
Being a Competence Lead you will also:

Be responsible for growing your employees in their business expertise by empowering the BE community to actively share knowledge and best practices with each other
Be responsible for workforce planning, e.g. rotation planning, recruitment of new employees and take an active part in recruitment processes
Remain compliant with laws and policies and act when necessary regarding e.g. under performance, work environment, rehab cases etc.
As a 3D Business Expert, you will most likely work with some of the following tasks:
Act as a subject matter expert
External business/industry surveillance
Close cooperation with business - set and maintain contact with stakeholders
Drive business development - find business opportunities with customer in focus
Alignment regarding business solutions with other BE in other product areas/product teams

Support Product Owner setting scope
Effect goal follow up with business operations

You are passionate about coaching, empowering and leading others through humble servant leadership. You have previous experience from working in large companies with many stakeholders, you have worked with distributed teams, and you know how to translate business requirements and visualize technical roadmaps. We also believe that you:
Deep skills and experience from 3D (e.g Clo, ApexFiz/Shima Seiki) and the responsibilities within the BE role (e.g. business case creation, end to end retail design & product development process expertise)
Ability to discuss customer and business aspects in a tech environment
Have the ability to manage complexity when there are no given answers
Are a true doer, willing to get hands-on, solving any problems needed to help the product area colleagues move forward
Agile mindset and willing to find new ways to deliver on your goals in case you get stuck
Great presentation and communication skills with a strong ability to simplify the complex and make things tangible
