Embargo Contract Compliance Advisor, Job Stage 6.1

Description

We are forming the new EAB Trade and Contract Compliance Operations unit and we are look for five Embargo Contract Compliance Advisors for the sub unit Embargo Trade & Contract Compliance.

This unit secures that EAB customer contracts and orders are set up in the ONE system and conducted according to Ericsson Operational Model and valid embargo trade laws and regulations. The contracts and orders must be carried out in an efficient and timely way, in particular embargo rules, and as early as possible in Ericsson's Business Process and in full compliance with what have been offered/contracted in the orders and that the products can be supplied in accordance with valid Embargo Trade Compliance requirements.

The Embargo Contract Compliance Advisor position consists of the job roles Deliver Contract Management (Contract Execution Management and Order Deliver Management) and Trade Compliance. The position secures stable and aligned operations of the contracts and orders in the supporting applications GTS (Global Trade System) and ONE (Business order system). Monitor/report trade and tax risks for the EAB contracts and orders. Inform and support in the operational daily work in embargo trade and contract compliance matters related to fulfillment of EAB contracts. Main contacts are Regional Supply (ASR), Accounts (ACR) and Finance (PSP)

The appointees are expected to build a network of compliance contacts within the own area of responsibility. The scope also includes the mission to implement and drive improvements in cooperation with trade and contract compliance network to reach operational excellence.

Embargo Contract Compliance (ECC)
are responsible for Embargo Contract Compliance in

• Tenders support
• Contracts Compliance and execution (100% clarified contracts)
• Order for HW/SW/services are financial set up in ONE and release towards vendors (100% clarified orders)
• Claims, trials order support
• Embargo Service Orders

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent

Personal requirements:

In order to be a successful candidate for this position you should have strong and demonstrated experience in the area of position

You need to have:

• Contract Management expierence
• Supply and Sourcing experiecence
• Custom declaration competence
• International trade regulations experience
• Entrepreneurial outlook and used to dealing with management at a senior level. Strong business mindset and drive.
• Excellent communication and presentations skills as well as listening skills
• High level of self-esteem and self-drive and have the ability to take tough decisions
• Have the passion to win and a positive attitude
