hela Sverige PIM (Product Introduction and Maintenance) RBS is a function within the BNET Supply Radio & Core organization with industrialization and maintenance responsibility for Radio products into the supply chain. Responsibility areas for PIM RBS include Production Test Development (PTD), NPI production, inbound material, engineering, projects as well as requirement handling.
PTD is organized in several cross functional and long living teams with 5-9 people. The teams consist of all needed skills to be able to solve tasks from a prioritized backlog. PTD is responsible for all Filter test systems used in manufacturing sites worldwide. Our main goals are to secure the quality of the FU including tuning and test.
Job Description
Ericsson's Filter Unit (FU) is part of the Radio Unit (RU) and the main purpose for the RU is to receive and send signals in the Radio Base Station (RBS).
As Support & Test coordinator you will work close to global production sites. You will also be involved in the supply chain where we have a responsibility to figure out most cost efficient way to implement test solutions for our products. As a team member you will take on all types of tasks that cover the areas as test preparation, coordination of releases, verification, maintenance issues, deployment and support for production sites. Have ability to travel globally on short notice.
You will take place in an agile way of working where the framework of Scrum or Kanban is used.
You will work together with highly qualified and motivated colleagues in an exciting fast paced international environment.
Qualification
• Bachelor/Master of Science in Electronics, Mechanics, Computer, Physics or equivalent.
• Experience with production is a merit.
• Experience in electronics and RF is a merit.
• RF measurement & troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in C/C++ and C# programming languages.
• Ability to work in team (Agile is an advantage).
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• You should have excellent ability to work as part of a team but also individually.
• You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.
• You have the ability to organize and drive your own tasks forward.
