3 PhD positions in Ecology

A PhD education is 4 years (48 months) of full-time research and training. Normally 10% as teaching assistant is included in the position and the position will be extended accordingly.
No 1: Competitive interactions and community impacts of crustacean zooplankton ? merging dynamics of structured populations with ecological stoichiometry (reference number 313-352-10)
No 2: Environmental drivers of asymmetric interactions between benthic and pelagic producers (reference number 313-353-10)
No 3: Consumer growth rates and nutritional constraints across latitudes (reference number 313-354-10)
Application
Applications should include a letter of intent, a curriculum vitae that includes information on previous education, and ? if available - copies of the master?s thesis and of any publications and other supporting documents. Updated contact information on two reference persons is also required. Evaluations will be based on results in university education, references, interviews and the letter of intent. The application should be written in English.
General requirements
The recruitment procedure will follow the Higher Education Ordinance (Högskoleförordningen chapters 5 and 7). Prerequisites include 240 ECTS credits of higher education studies of which 60 should be on an advanced level (Master level). Education should include 120 ECTS credits (2 year) biological subjects, 15 ECTS credits ecology or a corresponding subject, and a 30 ECTS credits independent project in a relevant field.
