3 is looking for a Technical Lead for PeopleSoft CRM to join the Products & Provisioning team at our Stockholm office. The team is responsible for developing requirements from the Danish and Swedish product organizations as well as requirements from our stakeholders in Technology and Operations. The team and the IT-department as a whole work LEAN/Agile, with a focus on short lead times and high quality deliveries.
As our new technical lead you will be responsible for the development standards within PeopleSoft and setting guidelines for solutions within PeopleSoft. The role will require that you act as technical counterpart and work closely with the consultants who are developing PeopleSoft. You are expected to be able to work efficiently and able to understand system analysis techniques and have demonstrated experience in applying them in practice.
As the team is cross functional, and as our applications integrate with almost all other BSS applications, you need to be a team player and prepared to work broadly, helping the business analysts with the functional solutions, supporting the testers with test scenarios and be a speaking partner to the architects. You will be part of a highly skilled team, with great opportunities to learn from your colleagues. On the team we work with the following technologies, Tibco BusinessWorks, JAVA, SOAP, Rest, SQL, Grails & Groovy. Our working langue is English.

• Together with our architects drive the technical roadmap of PeopleSoft CRM.
• Identify and address architectural challenges in PeopleSoft.
• Propose improvements/tools surrounding PeopleSoft CRM.
• Support Business Analysts (solution designers) with applications- and technical expertise.
• Review larger application designs.
• Support the operations team who are running the CRM application.
• Developed in PeopleSoft CRM or other applications for at least 5 years.
• SQL preferably on Oracle DB
• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science or software engineering.
• Acted as a developer lead.
• Ideally worked with Agile/KANBAN methodologies
• Fluent in English and ideally Swedish, both written and spoken.
