The Support Technician resolves accepted cases registered by Helpdesk Front, or eventually cases transferred from other 1:st line Helpdesk.
Job description:
The person will be part of a team delivering daily Application Operation towards a customer. This includes monitoring mail and phone 08.00 to 17.00. The consultant will make deployments in both Mainframe and Linux environments. Also resolve incidents, handle orders etc. Our customer needs people that are structured and can work under pressure. On-call is included in the assignment.
Required skills:
• WAS(Websphere Application Server)
• Linux and MQ
• Some experience from Mainframe environment, OPC, CICS, Endevor etc. is a plus
KOMPETENS - Erfarenhet - Prioritet:
Helpdesk & IT Support - 3-5 år - Nödvändigt
Linux - 1-3 år - Nödvändigt
Start: ASAP
