Klarnas journey has just begun; do you want to be a part of it? We continue to grow and in order for us to keep delivering high quality service to our e-stores the Merchant support team is looking for a new driven agent.

Your mission is to support our merchants in errands of technical nature which are escalated from Merchant support 1st line or directly from merchants. You are required to take lead on larger cases in order to reach a solution as soon as possible. This means that you often work closely with other departments within Klarna. You will have daily contact with Sales, Risk and Engineering ? all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our merchants.

You will be part of an important on call team ensuring that our merchants have the possibility to report critical issues at all times.
Success in this role means delivering high quality service to our merchants, both by email and phone. Being outgoing, eager to learn, strive to improve our processes and coming with new ideas will get you far.

You have a bachelor?s degree in a technical field, such as computer science, information science or qualified vocational education in a technical field. You are experienced in a programming language, such as PHP, C#, Java, C++ etc. To succeed in this role you must be able to communicate well in both English and Swedish. As a person you are delivery-oriented with great communicative skills.
