hela Sverige Perido is now looking for a 2nd line/Application Specialist for our customer, a worldwide leading company providing innovative IT solutions. The company has developed an application platform that greatly improves efficiency and lowers administrative costs for handling program licences. The company has offices and business running throughout the world in countries such as USA, Germany, China and Brazil, though this position is placed in Stockholm.
As 2nd line/Application Specialist, you will be part of a global support team who take ownership of customer reported issues to provide quick assistance in service restoration and problem resolution. The issues that you will be handling will consist of problem solving regarding the application platform that external customers have integrated within their own technical environment. The overall aim of your work is to provide assistance and support of high standard that meet the client's expectations. In order to succeed with this you will be working proactively together with your team to reproduce issues reported by customers in lab environment to provide workarounds or resolutions. In this position you will also aid and guide first-line technicians in their professional development.

Required qualifications
• Three years experience of technical support or application management
• Experience of delivering support for mixed environments & MS SQL based applications (TSQL)
• Knowledge in one or more of the following operating systems; Microsoft Windows, Linux, Unix, OS X
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Meritorious
• Communication skills in Swedish
• Microsoft SCCM
• PowerShell
• IIS
• Knowledge management
• Software asset management
Contract type and hours
Full time, permanent employment. Starting date as soon as possible
