Job description
This position is full time within the GBF team in Sweden as Global Business Finance Lead in the role of Global Financial Analyst Operations Lead. As Global BF Lead you will play an instrumental role in building the capabilities to improve our Financial Support to Operations, a key focus area for Business Finance.
In the position of Global FA Operations Lead you will (amongst other duties):
• Establish the Financial Analyst Operations role
• Responsible to analyze and define type of finance support needed to operations
• Develop the Financial Analyst Operations role
• Identify and drive enablers for establishing the FA Operations role
• Implement the FA Operations role in all regions
• Establish and lead a global virtual team of regional BFCC FA Operations leads
• Responsible for defining the agenda for the lead network based on our overall BFCC mission, strategy, and yearly priorities
• Plan, structure and execute defined areas through the lead network, i.e. facilitate best practice and knowledge sharing, identifying and driving enablers
• Capture and record regional input into the development of FA Operations role
• Support and guide on key strategic priorities.
• Standard Reporting, Competence Development, Stakeholder Engagement, and Branding
• Establish a one-team approach promoting cross collaboration
• Establish a platform to work in close cooperation with region BFCC teams, BFCC BU (BU Services BFCC), GFFI units, SD&O, O2C Controller, and Operations Controllers (amongst other stakeholders).
Qualifications:
• Solid hands on understanding of Business Finance, of Operations / Services
• Proven strong leadership skills (either as line manager, or project manager for significant size project; preferably cross-cultural projects):
• strong influencing and interpersonal skills; can influence a global network, multiple organizations, and key stakeholders
• change management expertise
• can work virtually and still create presence
• make things happen
• create clarity, come with proposals, secure alignment
• Highly structured and organized:
• Good sense for details as well as high level thinking
• ability to break down high level strategies into actionable plans
• proactive follow-up and reporting on focus areas, implementation progress, issues, and actions
• well maintained documentation stored in EriDoc
• Strong communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
• Excellent verbal and written English is a must
