Job Summary
Global Competence HUB is a Global Services organization within Ericsson BU Global Services. Its mission is to secure Ericsson position as a leader consulting services provider which can make a difference for Client Operators success thanks to unique combined technology and business processes experience.
This candidate will be required to develop solutions to improve the customers' systems landscape based on industry best-in-class systems functionality. The position relates specifically to the OSS environment with a concentration in the end-to-end Order Management process; Conceptwave. These applications provide the business level features and functions in the Catalog, Order Handling and CRM domains.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Reference and recommend industry and ConceptWave best practices
• Understand Customer Requirements and business processes; translating those into a solution that satisfies business requirements & customer expectations
• Engage in pre-sales activities, i.e. Conduct/Lead Customer workshops, play an active role in supporting regional business engagements.
• Ability to engage and assume lead Solution Architect role during project realization
• Has frequent contact with customer at all levels. The candidate should expect traveling to customer sites and may be required for extended travel.
• Help design and implement a SID model to provide a unified data model across systems.
• Provide a Systems Integration roadmap for Order Management Systems (specifically ConceptWave) and how to integrate with other OSS and also BSS systems in either a stand-alone systems implementation or as part of an OSS/BSS transformation program.
Competence requirements and qualifications:
A MS or BS technical degree but experience is heavily weighted. In general, candidates for this job should have the following levels of experience:
• Experience on integrating Conceptwave ordercare suite including operative experience on Service Designer tool
• Knowledge and mastery of Conceptwave ordercare SW stack: RDBMS, Application Server (middle tier), Process Engine, Application Layer
• Experience in using standard Conceptwave modeling and integration methods: conversion maps, task compensation, templates
• Experience in operating production solutions and in managing migrations of orders, flows, processes and other entities managed under a conceptwave solution
• Strong Software documentation and configuration management methodology and discipline
• At least 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience
• Been involved in leading or being part of at least 3 engagements related to the above mentioned roles and responsibilities.
