hela Sverige Are you ready for new challenges? We are looking for a system verification engineer who can contribute to the verification of the RBS Platform products.
PDU Platform is a global organization with people in Kista, Croatia, India, Russia and China. It is a unit containing core assets in telecom platforms and common modules used for WCDMA, MGW, GSM and LTE. The major platforms within the unit are CPP, RCS and BBI containing both the execution environment, middleware and software tools for development and trouble shooting. Key components developed by CPP are the control system, network synchronization, switching, signaling and transport over IP and ATM.
We have the responsibility to verify the quality and characteristics of the products and to ensure customer satisfaction. When the products have been released our maintenance and support responsibility includes many challenging customer interactions. Our core competence is the product, how it behaves, how you handle it, how the customers use it and how to troubleshoot. . The section RBS system verification is responsible for verification of NCI and the part of CPP that is delivered to the RBS organizations.
Job description
Your daily work will involve performing tests on a number of configurations, automation of test cases, evaluating test results, writing test cases, preparing test scenarios, troubleshooting faults and also participate in test analysis work.
Close co-operation with system design, SW design and integration is required.
Qualifications
You should have a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Science and Engineering, Data Communication or equivalent academic degree.
You should also have:
• 1-3 years experience in system verification
• programming skills in Java
• fluency in English - both written and spoken
• a strong drive for results and the willingness to take initiatives
• a strong team player with excellent communication skills
• microCPP and/or CPP knowledge and experience is considered an advantage
