About our client:
MultiMind is looking to hire a service-minded First Line Support Agent for a part-time position for our client, an exciting media company located in central Stockholm. In this role you will be scheduled to work weekends and evenings.
Our client is a young, Swedish media company that provides cloud based services for watching live and recorded TV. Their ambition is to get more viewers to find the TV they love, and be able to consume it how, where and when they want. This position will give you the possibility to work in an international environment that is currently in a phase of international expansion.
The role:
As an employee of the customer service department your goal will be to give the end-users pedagogical and personal service by phone, email and in social media. Your role includes:
• Answering user queries regarding the product and service
• Find solutions to simpler technical problems and queries
As a person you take ownership of your problems and work to find the best solution for your customers. You need to be a driven individual who is willing and able to contribute with creative suggestions on how to work better and more efficiently.
Your profile and background:
• You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in an environment where a lot is happening and things change often.
• You have a great social skills and a maturity that enables you to manage different kinds of people and situations. You are good at speaking and writing in a way that makes others listen and easily understand what you mean.
• You are solution focused and enjoy helping others.
• You think it's important to take responsibility for your job and you have the structure to handle several things at once.
Formal requirement:
• Completed secondary education
• Previous experience in sales or service occupations
• Have basic computer skills and an interest in new technology such as Smartphones, Tablets, and Smart TVs.
• Fluent in English (documented ability to communicate verbal and written English)
