MultiMind is looking for a service-minded 1st Line Support Agent to a very exciting media company located in central Stockholm. This position will give you the possibility to work in an international company that is currently in a phase of expansion. You will play an important role in the development of a new department that supports a new market. The ambition is to provide you an extensive introduction so that you will be able to solve more technical problems at the 2nd line support.
Working as a Consultant
MultiMind is an authorized Staffing and Recruitment Company which mean that you as an employee will be covered by the collective agreement MultiMind follows, such as terms related to sick leave, vacation, pension etc. MultiMind also has a generous benefit program related to health and fitness. This is initially a six month consultant assignment with the possibility for extension.
The Company
Our customer is a media company that provides a cloudbased service for watching live and recorded TV. They are reimagining TV from the customer point of view. They want more and more viewers to find the TV they love, and be able to consume it how, where and when they want. They have brought the digital world together with the broadcast world in order to deliver TV in the best way possible, bringing together all of today’s possibilities.
Tasks
As an employee of customer service you will be able to give the customers pedagogical and personal service by phone, email and in social media. You will take ownership of user problems and work to find the best solution for the customer. You need to be a driven individual who is willing and able to contribute with creative suggestions on how we work to achieve it.

• You have a great social skills and a maturity that enables you to manage different kinds of people and situations. You are simply good at speaking and writing in a way that makes others listen and easily understand what you mean.

• You think it's important to take responsibility for your job and you have the structure to handle several things at once.
The dream candidate:
• Have completed their secondary education and worked with the sales or service occupations before.
• Have basic computer skills and an interest in new technology such as Smartphones, Tablets, and Smart TVs.
• Fluent in English (native speaker or documented ability to communicate verbally and written English), Swedish is a plus e.g. being able to perform customer service in writing + verbally
