We are now looking for a Lead Engineer - Special Tools & Workshop Equipment within the department of Product Lifecycle Engineering!

Description

Product Lifecycle Engineering is an organization under build-up within Technical Development. The responsibilities of the department are to formulate requirements, design influence, develop technical information and deliver or publish the information to customers, both internal and external, during the vehicles complete lifecycle until scrapping.

You will play an important part as the driver of the Special Tools process and the Workshop Equipment process and work close together with the Advanced Serviceability team. Furthermore, you will work with the internal and external portfolio and global suppliers.

This means your role as Lead Engineer- Special Tools & Workshop Equipment will involve;

• Develop, work within and maintain the Special Tools process/Workshop Equipment process,
• Plan and coordinate the Special Tools/Workshop Equipment portfolio,
• Develop new drawings of tools when needed,
• Communication within all levels of the company, customers and suppliers in a multi-cultural environment.

We are looking for someone who has;

• University degree in engineering or equivalent experience,
• Relevant work life experience, 5 years,
• Experience of working in Teamcenter/Wis mock-up/Solid works or similar,
• Experience in handling multiple tasks at the same time, in cooperation and coordination within a team,
• Driver license B.

Excellent knowledge and skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
