We are now looking for an Embedded Software Developers for Thermal and Climate control!



Description

You will be part of the Chapter Controls Engineering & Artificial Intelligence, which is one of four competence areas within the Software Tribe. Our aim is to develop embedded vehicle software solutions for motion control, thermal and climate control, comfort control, energy management, predictive maintenance and self-driving capabilities.

We are now looking for innovative software developers and controls engineers who both want to support the ongoing software development and participate in bringing our future thermal and climate controls software to life. Previous experience from embedded application software development (C/C++) and continuous integration is greatly valued.

You will join an agile organisation, where team work, empowered self-organising teams and quick learning cycles is a key to success. Thus you need to be a good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful.

We will ensure that you will have opportunities to grow and take on new challenges!

The role involves:

- Software development, C, C++
- Develop design proposals
- Continuous Integration
- Test Automation
- Requirements identification and analysis
- Maintaining and developing development environments
- Collaboration with NEVS engineers at different departments and locations

We are looking for someone who has:

- Bachelor of Science or higher degree
- Coding skills
- Experience from Model Based Development
- Previous experience from embedded software development
- Ability to share her or his expertise to colleagues
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- Driver license for vehicle

Terms

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
