We are now looking for Connected Mobility System Architects!
Description
You will be part of the Chapter for Connected Mobility, which is one of three teams within the Mobility Design Tribe.
You will be part of a cross functional team working primarily with other system architects and design engineers, both internal and external.
You will be part of the whole chain, developing high level architectural design in order to have a complete system solution suitable for both current and upcoming Mobility Service needs. The solution is based on a cloud platform and IOT at the forefront of technology and will continuously evolve and cater for NEVS vision.
You will join an agile organization, where team work, empowered self-organizing teams and quick learning cycles is a key to success. Thus you need to be a good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful. This role also provides the possibility to participate in building our future organization structure.
We will ensure that you will have the opportunities to grow and take on new challenges.
This role also involves:
- Analyzing business requirements
- Create high level design
- Create functional descriptions/specifications
- Gain knowledge/understand/support current system
- Co-operate with internal and external teams and partners
- Identify opportunities to improve product or process quality and efficiency
- Evaluate the feasibility of new design proposals and requirement changes
- Strong focus on business requirements and transforming them into high level architectural design
- Provide input to best practice design solutions
- Provide input to strategic design decisions
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum education of Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years work experience as system architect.
- Modelling in UML including object oriented analysis and design
- Experience within IOT and Mobility area
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written
- Seen as a merit
- Analytics & Machine Learning
- Stream Processing Architecture
- Previous experience from working in a multi-cultural environment
- Driver license B
To be successful in the role, you need to:
- Good business analytics and functional skills
- Be creative, solution-oriented and open minded
- Have good communication skills
- Be a great team player
- Have the ability to plan and prioritize

Terms
NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
