Profile description- Process Manager Service Packaging (Industrialized Work Packages - IWP)

• Owner of the global IWP processes that shall be developed/are under development within Service Delivery
• Set up and drive relevant networks/work groups with Region and GSC representatives to ensure efficient development and deployment of IWP processes and to gather process and IT demands
• Be the interface to surrounding process areas such as Sales, Supply, Finance to ensure that IWP Processes are aligned with related processes
• Ensure an aligned implementation of IWP processes over the four GSCs including re-use of current practices to secure successful execution on global Service Packaging objectives
• Together with relevant IT representatives, prioritize and decide on IT demands in global IT systems related to IWP
• Drive process performance measurement and improvement and establish structures for efficient maintenance and further development over time
• Facilitate synergies and utilization of best practice across HQ, Regions and GSCs

The Process Manager is responsible - on behalf of the GPO and with support from local process drivers - to:

• Manage process demands
• Drive process development and design - fulfilling business, legal, strategic and compliance requirements
• Establish and drive global process network/work groups needed for efficient process development and deployment
• Drive cross-process coordination with other relevant processes
• Provide process documentation incl. methods, instructions, training material
• Pilot the process design in operations and provide deployment support to relevant line organizations
• Manage process release and communication
• Based on business needs, measure process performance and take action to improve
• Drive global deployment of the process and process changes
