Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Software loading, configuration, integration, verification, and troubleshooting of existing solutions on a customer site or in a lab environment using Ericsson products, 3rd party, or customized packages.
• Providing ongoing customer support throughout implementation as well as driving new IS solutions development in order to meet the customers expectations.
• Drive business with the customer by finding new opportunities based on expanding existing solutions as well as creating new ones.
• Attend and participate in customer meetings for specific solutions and different areas.
• Assist solution architects in customer requirement gathering and analysis
• Assist solution architects in the solution requirements analysis, design phase
• Assist and support during contract/commercial negotiations, on the technical aspects (solution, scope & cost estimation) of the integration service delivery
• Create and contribute to relevant documents (Test instructions, MOPs, Solution description).

Skills, Experience, and Education:

• BS or MS in EE, CS, or CE or acceptable equivalent of post secondary education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of Telecom network element in one or more product area(s), being well versed with transmission network principles. CCNA, CCNP, CCIE certification is preferred.
• System Integration: 4 - 7 years previous experience working in software design, testing and integration, working with 3PP
• Knowledge of integrating IP MCAST Network, IP backbone in complex LTE solution space
• Integration experience with complex Video solutions, including one or many components from LTE RAN, EPC, Broadcast/Multicast Delivery Technologies, Provisioning systems,
• At least 3+ years of professional experience in IP/ Datacom-routers & switches
• Knowledge of packet forwarding and routing; router interconnect technologies; multiple LAN/WAN , network and internet layer protocols such as IPv4/IPv6, TCP, UDP, Ethernet, GigE, MPLS, DIAMETER, GTP-C and GTP-U
• Hands-on experience in core Datacom/Network Management products testing
• Strong knowledge of IP networking and Internet technologies (TCP/IP, Multicast, IGMP, DNS, HTTP, Radius)
• Expertise in Switching, Routing, Security, Network Services, etc and their respective protocols and standards
• ALU, CISCO, Smart Edge, Juniper, Extreme router expertise highly desirable
• F5 and Cisco Ace (Load Balancer) expertise
• Juniper and Cisco Firewall expertise
• Strong knowledge of network management and provisioning (XML, SNMP, CORBA, Unix/Perl/Shell scripting, LDAP, SOAP).
• Good knowledge of wireless technologies (call flow) and related protocols required.
• Good working knowledge of Databases such as MySQL and Oracle
• Installation and configuration of servers, routers, and switches highly desired.
• Experience in SUSE Linux and Juniper?s Junos Operating system.
