PLM Trouble shooter and technical deployment support

As a PLM trouble shooter you will be working with 2nd line support in a team based in Linköping and Kista. The team is working within the Tier2 customer support projects for GSM, WCDMA and LTE & MS RBS supporting GSM BTS, WCDMA RBS, LTE, HW, site products and Multistandard RBS. The main tasks are trouble shooting and analysis.

This team will also work with technical deployment support (TDS), a new assignment in our PLM organization. TDS performs on site activities, remote support, in house work for our customers and projects. The assignment covers all standards (G/W/L) as well as multi-standard, HW and Site products.

You have the opportunity and expectation to travel on-site for customer support activities.

You will also work very close with the continuous analysis, integration and requirement area organizations within the PDU.

Qualifications:

University education and relevant work experiences are required.

Experience from GSM, WCDMA or LTE trouble shooting is a must. Other areas which are an advantage are radio, IP trouble shooting, Core (MME, SGW), upgrades and rollout competence.

RAN or RBS I&V and on-site experience are very good qualifications for the job.
