reconstruction technology and electron tomography. Research and development of
monoclonal antibodies are hampered by inconclusive evidence of how a drug
operates on a target. Conventional approaches often fall short of explaining the
mechanism of action at a molecular level. Sidec provides competitive advantage
and unique information in the development, protection and promotion of
monoclonal antibodies and protein therapeutics. Our headquarter is in Stockholm

av arbetsuppgifter: We are looking for highly motivated, talented
individuals to join the interdisciplinary team of scientists working in the
Protein Tomography Lab at Sidec Technologies in Kista, Sweden. We offer
you the challenge, excitement and opportunity of working in a dynamic young
company where cutting-edge research is used to advance the science of
pharmaceutical development. You will be part of a team performing 3-D
analysis of proteins and protein interactions in customer projects. The work
will be performed under the supervision of an experienced project manager. You
will also participate in routine and method development within the company. The
position offered is a six months project engagement with the possibility of
prolongation. Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: Qualifications:
• A first degree in chemistry/biology with emphasis on biochemistry and/or
structural biology, cell- and molecular biology, or equivalent. . Profound
understanding of protein structure and interactions Meriting: . At
least two years of experience from life science industry . Experience in the
area of monoclonal antibodies and protein therapeutics . Experience from 3-D
