Main responsibilities:

Ericsson is looking for an HR Business Partner, supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer of Ericsson in developing a Best- In-Class HR function enterprise-wide, to include both the effectiveness and efficiency of the function. Work with the CHRO to develop and implement the HR strategy in support of the Ericsson people strategy and the HR transformation. Provide global functional expertise and consulting to the Global HR Leadership Team and develop the HR functional competence globally. This will include helping to develop the plans, operating models, processes, and tools supporting the Ericsson. This role will be a member of the Global HR Leadership Team.

You will:

• Support the implementation of the HR strategy and HR transformation
• Support Regional/ BU/GF HR organizations in cross HR initiatives
• Lead the Performance and Talent Calibrations across HR and drive the global HR Talent Management Process.
• Lead change management for key initiatives within HR
• Direct the annual HR operating budget process, and closely monitor and manage to not exceed budget or given targets
• Develop and provide in-depth analytics on the effectiveness and efficiency of the function, including ongoing best-in-class benchmarking
• Identify and work on key projects aimed at organizational effectiveness that will cut across all of HR
• Lead GF HR part of cross-functional initiatives e.g. target setting and SCR

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years? experience of working in a senior Human Resources role in a global environment.
• Master or Bachelor degree in Human resources, Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge and understanding of high performance organizations and change management
• Strong business acumen and influencing skills
• Demonstrated experience and skill in project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High command of spoken and written English
• Excellent qualifications/user of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
