The Site area is undergoing an exciting transformation. We could play a larger role than today if we better met the customer needs of simplicity, faster time to revenue and a value leveraged portfolio. The ambition is to grow Ericsson share of pocket in customer site spend and grow Total Site business via a comprehensive portfolio augmented by key partnerships and delivered through diverse channels. Therefore, we are looking for a person who likes to drive change. Customer focus is a must and you need to have strong leadership skills.

We are looking for a dynamic, result focused manager who can build and empower the team - to achieve the objectives. As Head of Site Portfolio, your job is to secure an attractive and optimized Site Portfolio. The unit's main responsibility is Strategic Product Management. To be successful, you need to keep a close interaction with the market, as well as Services and the Product Development Unit (PDU).

Your main responsibilities are:

• Secure a highly relevant Site Portfolio, with strong price/performance - both short-term and long-term
• Drive and execute changes in the SPM-role, where SPM is becoming more market oriented and part of today's responsibility is delegated to the PDU
• Build a team characterized by a proactive attitude, teamwork focus, strong performance ethics, high professionalism and high energy.
• Actively contribute to the success of new Site, as part of PL Site MT
The Head of Site Portfolio reports to the Head of Product Line Site Products.

Qualifications

Requested competence:

We are looking for a result oriented team worker with strong analytical skills and a structured approach. You should have proven leadership skills in a cross-functional and multi-cultural organization.

• Track record in engaging customers within the Site area
• Experience in consultative selling is a merit
• Respect for dead-lines and ability to motivate people under high workload is required
• Good understanding of Operator realities and challenges
• You should have knowledge of the financial-, market- and business principles and being interested in translating the technical benefits into clear commercial strategies
• Good ability to grasp new technical concepts and understand the commercial aspects
• Market experience is a strong merit

University degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering/ICT.
