INTEGRATION CONSULTANT
Cloudator is an implementation partner for Workday, the leading provider of cloud HCM solution for mid-market and large enterprises. We're spread in 8 locations of Europe with 100+ colleagues. Our implementation team consists of Functional Consultants, Integrations Consultants and Project Managers. Integration consulting team is a group of 10 experienced specialists in Workday integrations working with our international customers.
Becoming an Integration Consultant at Cloudator:
Starting off: you get certified for Workday integrations, this is altogether approx. 3-4 weeks of training in the start, organized by Workday. You have a designated 'Cloudpal' -colleague to facilitate your on-boarding program with us and making sure you have a great start!
Your work in projects: It begins with discussing the client requirements for integrations. Continuing to design the integrations for the client and working together in each project team of approx. 3 integration colleagues to build and test the integrations. Integrations consultants are also responsible to develop Advanced Reports for the client. You're cooperating with the client virtually and face-to-face, meaning some travelling depending on a project.
Leadership & Support: In the projects, you are reporting back to the Intergation Lead. Your own Team Leader supports your personal career growth, sees to your work load and makes sure we deliver a worth-while journey for you with us!
We are seeking for a colleague with:
• Experience from building integrations between systems, preferably with other ERP/HCM/Payroll solutions (such as SAP, Peoplesoft, ADP etc.)
• Preferred technical skills: xml, xslt, some basics with java. Integrations in Workday are done by using connector, eib and studio.
• Strong team and customer cooperation skills and readiness to cooperate in an international set up
• Proactive way of working, finding out information and eagerness to share the knowledge in the team
• Taking initiative to develop the common ways of working and readiness to work for better practices
