Becoming an Integration Consultant at Cloudator:
Starting off: if you are not Workday Integrations certified yet, you will spend your first 3-4 weeks in intensive certification trainings organized by Workday. During your first weeks, you will have a designated "Cloudpal" who focuses on ensuring you have a great start at Cloudator.
Your work in projects: once you have been assigned to a project role, it all begins with discussing the integration requirements with the client after which you will design, build and test integrations in collaboration with your colleagues. As an Integration Consultant, you also get to take ownership for developing Advanced Reports. Your day-to-day work includes active collaboration with clients, and we hope you don't mind occasional business trips to our customers' sites within Europe.
Leadership & Support: In projects, you are reporting back to the Integration Lead. Your own Team Leader supports your personal career growth, sees to your workload and makes sure we deliver a worth-while journey at Cloudator. We have a strong culture of collaboration and you can count on your colleagues to be there for you when needed. We have a small group functions team with HR, IT and Finance professionals making sure you have all the tools for success.
We are seeking for a colleague with:
Experience from building integrations between systems, preferably with other ERP/HCM/Payroll solutions (such as SAP, Peoplesoft, ADP etc.)
Preferred technical skills: xml, xslt, some basics with Java. Integrations in Workday are done by using Connector, EIB and Studio.
Strong team and customer collaboration skills and readiness to work in an international set up
Proactive way of working, finding out information and eagerness to share the knowledge
Excitement towards developing common ways of working and our best practices
