As Team Manager for a customer service Disputes team you will lead the daily work of a team of about 10-15 people that operate in the Finnish, Danish and Norwegian markets. Their duties include handling customers/merchant in and outbound emails, and you will be the one making sure that this is working as smooth and efficient as possible.You will be advising and coaching the employees and engage them in the everyday work. Daily tasks include personnel matters such as performance management and follow-ups, recruitment and improvement projects. The Team Manager has end to end responsibility for delivery, and this includes work done on the process by our outsourcing partners. You will have a lot of contact with stakeholders internally and externally, and will be reporting to the Dispute Resolutions Process Manager Europe.

You are a true leader, preferably with a couple of years of experience from working as a team leader or similar. You have been working with customer service for a few years and really enjoy being in an environment where you can contribute to the company's relationship with merchants and customers. You are a true problem-solver who does not settle with an OK solution regarding processes or results - you want it to be perfect and beyond and have no problems to share your ideas for improvements. You can prioritize your work tasks and most importantly, you love being a part of your teammates growth in their roles.
