The number of consumers who shop with Klarna is constantly increasing and today we have over ten million customers choosing to shop online with us. A large and increasing volume also means more work for our fantastic Service Center, and therefore we are looking for an energetic and confident Team Manager to our Service Center Backoffice team.

As Team Manager you will lead the daily work of a team of about 15 people that operate globally to support our customers and merchants. Their duties include manual handling of payments and refunds, registration of merchant contracts and matching payments. You will be the one making sure that this is working as smooth and efficiently as possible while also advising and coaching the employees and engaging them in the everyday work.

Daily tasks include personnel matters such as performance management and follow-ups, recruitment and improvement projects. The Team Manager has end to end responsibility for delivery, and you will have a lot of contact with stakeholders internally and externally. You will also ensure maintaining and developing team culture, an important factor to the team's success. You will work closely with the team on a daily basis.

You are a true leader, either you have experience from working as a team leader or similar or you want to take the next step in your career.
