As Supply Chain Manager you lead the Supply Chain Organisation for our site in Perstorp. You are responsible for all supply chain and procurement activities, leveraging the full scale of goods and services to improve spend, supplier negotiation, by-products management and logistics.
What you will do
• Responsible for driving the Procurement strategy for FORMOX
• Define and deliver on annual Procurement objectives for the entire site
• Negotiate contracts on raw material and transports agreements
• Source, select and approve new suppliers
• Optimize supply vs. forecast for customers
• Drive and lead the FORMOX S&OP process, ensuring it is fully integrated across the supply chain
• Collaborate with SC Managers from other businesses across the matrix organisation
• Carry out supplier audits
• SAP superuser for procurement
• Customer service activities and support
• Lead and manage the Supply Chain and Procurement team

Who you are
You are an experienced SC Manager with an analytical mindset and a talent for identifying bottlenecks. You are highly customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Due to your structured and organized way of working you can manage different projects at the same time. You have a very good level of both Swedish and English and can build strong human to human relationships.
