Description
Would you like to take on the challenge to support and drive improvements?
You will be a part of the global quality team in SCO-IBM that works with continuously improving quality systems and standards for the Packaging Material production in factories.
As Quality Analyst you will take lead on deploying quality losses, with a strong focus on the Issue Resolution system. You will also work closely with the converting factories to ensure correct usage of the system and processes related to IR.
The position will be based in Lund and reports to the Manager, Quality Management. You will belong to a dynamic team that has interfaces across different organisations.
Main responsibilities
• Analyze and consolidate information related to Issues, Claims, CoPQ and other losses
• Deploy losses and support QM Master Pillar to drive required activities
• To drive and improve the QTIM process in SCO-IBM/DSO-PM
• Monitor and drive correct usage of the QuTIP tool in factories and SCO-IBM
• Prepare inputs and deployments for relevant quality forums
• Drive and lead the Analyst Network in SCO-IBM and collaborate with BM and DSO-PM
• Support and coach the organization with QTIM processes and tool
• Follow-up status of issues and escalate when needed
Qualifications
You have a University degree in combination with strong analytical aptitude. Further you must have strong communication skills and be able to assimilate information for different stakeholder levels.
We are looking for a result oriented person with strong self-drive and willingness to work closely with data and information.
Knowledge of WCM or other continuous improvement methods is also preferred.
Excellent English skills will be required.
